I am licensed in and offer virtual / online therapy for clients in both Texas and Florida.

Do you take insurance?

At this time, I only accept insurance though Headway and Grow Therapy. Alternatively, I can provide you with a Superbill at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. All insurance companies are different, I would encourage you to call them and see if they reimburse for out of network providers.

I have made an intentional decision to prioritize out-of-network care to put my clients first. The care I provide is highly individualized and customized according to my expertise and your unique needs, not to insurance mandates. By being out-of-network, I am also more able to safeguard the details of your care, honoring your privacy.

All out-of-network clients will also receive a Good Faith Estimate.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

What are your rates for therapy?

My rate is $200 per hour-long session, and $150 per 45-minute session.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

Yes! I believe in doing everything possible to help people get the care they need, and have a limited number of reduced-fee appointment slots. Please contact me to learn more about how I can help.
